Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal care or hygiene-related baby products once opened

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
